Or Haganuz winery was founded in 2005 in the or Haganuz settlement at the foot of mount Meron (Germak). Our vineyards enjoy the unique climate of the upper galilee mountains, at the height of 780-870 meters above sea level, optimal for a variety of high quality grapes. This wine is produced from pure cabernet sauvignon grapes, manually harvested at dawn from the Namura single vineyard, located on the northern slopes of mount Meron, close to the Rashbi tomb (tziyun).

The wine has been aged in French oak barrels in a controlled environment for 14 months and has a deep red-burgundy color, a rich aroma of dried fruit and volcanic earth, a round, velvety taste spiced with berry freshness and a smooth, pleasant finish.

The wine is ready to be served at a room temperature of 18-20°c. It will continue to mature in the bottle, with appropriate storage conditions, for 6-8 years.
